  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp Spicy Jiko Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Pinch of salt + black pepper
  • Fresh dania (coriander)

How to make it:
Sauté onions until soft, stir in paste, then tomatoes. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until thick. Top with dania and serve with chapati or rice.


🍠 2. Sweet Potato Coconut Mash

What you need:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp Spicy Jiko Turmeric Blend
  • Salt to taste

How to make it:
